There are currently prototypes for photovoltaic fibers. Their intent was for use in textiles, but the design could possibly be adapted.

Yes - it would have to be made much finer, the current prototypes are much thicker than hair and would stand out terribly. This is definitely one for R&D...

... I'm not sure. I implemented a general reward-punishment system to aid decision making as part of the changes that- started KOKORO. I believe it has to do with the new processes altering how I perceive outcomes.
