[slowly scowling, equal parts frustration with a seemingly insurmountable problem and actual irritation]

[he bites his lip, thinking. familiarity feels wrong, but this isn't all about him.

[gives him a sidelong look, and then replaces the chains with one of his hands as he uses the other to pull his scarf off]

[growls very quietly, and squeezes]

[something feels off about that. it's nice and all, but somehow... doesn't feel like it was supposed to be. not from that expression, or the tone of that growl.

with a glance upward at Kaito's face, he bites his lip and bows his head in submission.]

[...better. he eases up on the grip, then squeezes again before letting go entirely, taking the scarf in both hands]

[ah, it's gonna be his scarf. man he loves that thing, it is endlessly useful and stylish. he obeys, opening wide. and he's leaving his hands right where they are.]

[inexpert cloth gag, get! toying with one of the dangling ends]

[he nods, blushing a little]

[pushes his hair out of the way as he roughly blindfolds him, then tugs on it as an afterthought]

[grunts, satisfied, and then pulls away entirely

barely a second later he grabs the other by the shoulders and turns him over onto his stomach, pinning him that way]

... I'm not going to be able to be gentle at all, this time, but... if you reach for the gag, I'll stop.

[he hopes. even with how much Kaito's obvious trust burns right now, he still does not want to betray it.]

[he thinks about it for a moment. he knows the other Kaito is very strong, and fierce... for him to stop and issue a warning when they're already playing with pain is serious, and merits serious consideration.

but there's a way out right there, a non-verbal equivalent to the safeword he can't presently say. he's a little worried, he has to admit it to himself - but there is a way out.

he'll trust Kaito with it.

after a moment, he nods.]
